The Valentines came today! Thank you so much for sending them. What a joy to see all those sweet hearts from our sweethearts in the first grade girl's Sunday school class. Please tell them we were so happy to get them and to know they are thinking about us and praying for us. Thank you! We really appreciate your love and prayers.

Our school year is almost over. We have one more week of classes and then final tests begin the first week of March. We'll have a little break before the new school year starts again in April.

In Japan the girls give chocolate to boys on Valentine's Day and they have created a new holiday, White Date, which is March 15. On this day the boys are supposed to repay the girls for their chocolates by giving them a gift. It's all very commercial.
