Time and Location: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Café.
Dinner is served prior to the start of classes each Wednesday night. Reserve meals by calling or emailing the church office to place your reservations by 5:00 p.m. Monday. Reservations provide a count for our volunteer cooks and funds for the meal. Meal prices are:
Single Meal: $5 for adult
$3 for child (age 11 and under)
Family: $15
Wednesday Night Weather Cancellation Policy
It is our policy to cancel Wednesday night classes and meals due to weather conditions whenever:
1) Both Buncombe and Henderson County schools are closed for the day, or
2) Both Buncombe and Henderson County schools dismiss early, or
3) Whenever conditions become so drastic at a late hour that we choose to cancel for safety reasons
To the extent possible, we will notify local radio and TV stations, post information to our website, and send out a bulk e-mail with cancellation notification.
Second Helpings
When available, seconds will be announced at 6:15 to those who have paid or are on the meal list.
Leftovers
When available, we can make any leftover entrees available boxed, refrigerated and ready to take home for $3 per entrée serving.
